Any wifi enabled device can connect to any of our forest hotspots. See the forest wifi map for locations.

The Black Rock Forest Network is open to scientists, teachers, and students in order to do research, academic, or art projects. Here are the steps to gain access to the research network.

  1. Fill out the application. If you have it please provide the mac address of the equipment you will use on the network.
  2. Recieve network use and security training.
  3. Receive login and password credentials to place your equipment in the field.
